Rob Silva Promoted to Norco’s Executive Vice President of Industrial
According to a Press Release issued by Norco, Inc. CEO Nicole Kissler, “We are delighted to announce the promotion of Rob Silva to the position of Norco Executive Vice President of Industrial.
Rob’s journey with Norco began in June of 1997, when he joined our Boise Production Team. His dedication and hard work soon led him to our Main Warehouse, where he continued to excel. By 2001, Rob had transitioned into a branch role as Customer Service at our Boise Industrial location.
In 2004, Rob expanded his horizons by moving to Idaho Falls, where he took on an Outside Sales role, while continuing to build his experience. In 2011 he took over as Branch Manager of our Mountain Home location. In this role, he embraced the challenge of leadership and learning Norco’s Medical business. His ability to embrace, adapt and lead in diverse areas of our company has been truly commendable.
Rob returned to the Boise market in 2017 to assume the role of Industrial Outside Sales.
In 2019, Rob was promoted to Regional Vice President of the Western Industrial Region. He has diligently supported our Branch Managers and Norco Employee Owners and earned widespread respect of those within his sphere of influence.
Rob’s promotion to Executive Vice President is a testament to his drive, his commitment to excellence, and his remarkable contributions to Norco. His experience, dedication, and leadership give us great confidence that in his new role, Rob will continue to inspire and lead our Industrial Team to even greater achievements.
Rob and his wife Carly, have three beautiful children Natalie (22 yrs) and Bennett (5 yrs), and Dawson (4 yrs). Beyond spending time with the family, Rob enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
Rob will start as the Executive Vice President of Norco’s Industrial Division as of February 1, 2025 and work under the current EVP, Industrial Larry Booth while transitioning the role. Larry has announced his retirement with a tentative date of June 5th, 2025 depending on the progress of the transition.”

Marnie Miller Promoted to Vice President
Marnie Miller, who has been with us for 25 years, is now stepping into the role of Vice President. Her journey from Accounts Receivable to various key roles within the company has been remarkable. Marnie is instrumental in managing our daily operations and will continue to oversee many aspects of our Human Resources group, while also taking on additional responsibilities in general operations and management.
Nate Reinhard as Chief Financial Officer
Nate Reinhard, who joined us a year and a half ago, is already making a significant impact as our CFO. His extensive experience and fresh perspective are tremendous assets, particularly in integrating and improving our reporting and accounting processes. Nate’s leadership is crucial in various areas, from fleet maintenance to vendor billing and expenses. We are incredibly fortunate to have such experienced and dedicated individuals in key roles within our company.
