Barnes Welding Supply was one of eight family-owned businesses honored by The Business Journal as its 2026 Family-Owned Business Awards (FOBA) honorees. According to The Business Journal, “The eight companies recognized as 2026 Family Owned Business Awards honorees by The Business Journal represent more than a century of combined leadership, resilience and succession planning across California’s Central Valley. What unites them is something far less tangible than their products or services: generations of family members working side by side through economic downturns, changing industries and evolving customer demands.”
Their write-up of Barnes Welding Supply was titled “Barnes Welding Supply: Quietly growing for nearly 80 years”
