General Air Service & Supply announced that longtime Denver Store Manager Jeff Call will be retiring following an incredible 34-year career with the company. Crystal Hovland will be stepping into this new role. Said the company, “If Crystal looks familiar, there’s a good reason—she’s been part of the General Air family for 9 years!
Over the years, Crystal has become a familiar face at our Denver store, building strong relationships throughout the metro area through her commitment to service, responsiveness, and industry knowledge. She’s consistently shown a strong work ethic and a willingness to step up wherever she’s needed.
Before joining General Air, Crystal was a lead fabricator and supervisor for several years, bringing her leadership and customer service to the table.
But Crystal isn’t stepping into this role alone. For the next couple weeks, you’ll find her working alongside our longtime Denver Store Manager, Jeff Call, as he prepares for retirement after an incredible 34+ years with General Air.
So, if you’re stopping by the Denver store, be sure to say hello to Crystal—and give Jeff a well-deserved farewell!
