We need your Logo File in what format?
VECTOR FILE FORMAT
All logos should be sent as vector files to ensure optimum print quality. A vector file has a file extension of .eps, .ai. or .svg. A PDF can be a vector logo, but not always. The examples below show what the file extensions look like. Some file formats are not visible within standard Office programs but don’t overlook them. The graphic design software we use can open these files. If you are not sure about a file, you can send it and we can check it and send a preview of the file.

More nerdy info from Adobe: “vector images don’t use pixels. They’re created with mathematical equations, lines, and curves — using points fixed on a grid — which means images can be made infinitely larger (or smaller) without losing resolution. Basically, vectors don’t lose quality when resized.”
Raster images are JPEGS, JPGS, PNGs, or TIFFs. These files are not scalable without losing quality. These types of files typically work for digital use.
If you are unable to provide a vector logo, we cannot guarantee the quality of printing.
