During the 2025 GAWDA Annual Convention in Tampa, CGA President Rich Gottwald announced the 2025 CGA Awards from the stage. Congratulations to Earlbeck Gases & Technologies for winning this year’s CGA Distributor Award for 100,000 or fewer employee exposure hours. Congratulations to Red Ball Oxygen for winning the distributor safety award for more than 100,000 employee exposure hours.
According to the CGA’s website, the CGA & GAWDA Distributor Safety Award, ”
Recognizes participating GAWDA distributor member companies that have shown the greatest improvement in safety performance during the previous two years. The Distributor Safety Award is intended to promote safety awareness as an extension of both CGA and GAWDA’s safety missions. There are two divisions of the award.
Who’s eligible: Any GAWDA distributor member company that reports its annual occupational injury and illness experience to CGA for the award year and the previous four consecutive years.”
