FMCSA Extends Emergency Declaration for COVID-19 Relief The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has extended its Emergency Declaration granting regulatory relief to motor carriers and drivers providing direct assistance in support of relief efforts related to the COVID-19 public health emergency.  The extension is through August 31, 2021.
